Questions
Paving FAQs
Can my business stay open during paving?
Yes. We phase the work in sections and work nights when needed, as we do on H-E-B projects.
Concrete or asphalt for a parking lot?
Concrete costs more up front but lasts longer under heavy and turning traffic, which is why grocery stores and fuel stations use it at docks, drives and aprons.
Do you add parking spaces to existing lots?
Yes. We remove the soil, compact the subgrade, set steel and tie into existing paving with sealed joints.
Need paving done without shutting down?
